ELENE4WORK PROJECT CLOSING CONFERENCE

Updated: Mar 20, 2018

On May 19-20 2017 in the beautiful town of Nancy, we will held the eLene4work project closing conference.

Soft skills such as communication, teamwork, creativity and entrepreneurship are more and more in demand in today’s labour market and these competencies may prove to be the distinguishing factor between two candidates with equivalent qualifications and experience.

The eLene4work European project has tackled the definition of these soft skills (including the digital ones), and proposed and tested a series of actions and practical tools to help young talents better understand the expectations of employers, assess their starting level, and further develop their skills through open education tools such as MOOCs (Massive Open Online Courses) and OERs (Open Educational Resources).

At the project closing event the partnership would like to share the results and experiences of the project and invite participants to discuss and share their view in relation with the development of soft skills.

During the event, experts from the Educational, Business and Academia will discuss various scenarios and possible roadmaps for helping the students to transition successfully into the job market.

Among the speakers: Primiano Augelli Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory SpA, Aymeric Magnan de Bellevue Responsible for the mecenats at Altran, Laure Bertrand PhD of the Soft skills department and director of the Pole Leonard de Vinci.
